Refunds for Institutional Charges
All refunds are based on total program costs, institutional charges, (with the exception of massage students, less an administrative fee of $150.00 if student is terminated or withdraws before completing their program). Institutional charges include, but are not limited to, tuition and other fees. The cost of student kit is not included. Tuition costs are considered to be fully earned by the school upon completion of enrollment. If the student withdraws from the program, he/she will be entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:

Refunds for Massage Program

Refund Calculations:
Refund Calculation: Total Academy costs, multiplied by percent of scheduled hours in program, less any unpaid charges (cash due from student) equals refund amount.
Exit Interview & Refund
Every student will have
an "Exit Interview" before
completing his or her
program. If withdrawn
or terminated a refund
calculation will
be calculated and put
into the student's file;
this will be done whether
or not student has a
refund due. Any financial
aid monies owed back
to the Department of
Education is the student's
responsibility. Any monies
owed the school or the
Department of Education
is due within 30 days,
if the balance is not
paid within 30 days the
student will be referred
to collections. Any monies
due the student will
be refunded within thirty
days of program completion
date, written cancellation
notice or date terminated.
Catastrophic Closure Refund
In the unlikely event that Victoria’s Academy has to close it’s doors permanently due to circumstances beyond anybody’s control (fire, flood, etc.) or for some reason a program is cancelled, every student enrolled at the time of closure will receive a pro-rated refund for tuition that has been paid.
Refunds for Student Kits
A full refund will be issued for a student kit as long as the following criteria are met: the STUDENT must cancel enrollment within three business days of signing the enrollment contract AND the kit is unopened. No refunds will be given for any kit that has been unpacked or has any of its contents missing.
