Definition of Overtime Hours
Any and all hours that a student must attend the Academy which exceeds the original contract term in order to accumulate the required amount of hours or requirements needed to complete their program.

 

Definition of Make-Up Hours
Any documented excused time missed.

 

Make-Up hours available in school

Day Students, Tuesday through Friday, from 4:00-5:00 pm, Monday from 11:30-7:00 pm, depends on enrollment in evening class.

Evening Students, Tuesday through Friday, from 10:30-11:30 am, Saturday from 8:30-4:00 pm, depends on enrollment in day class.

 

Any and all approved activities outside of school, i.e. competitions, hair shows, workshops, classes with instructor from your school or as elective hours.

Charge Rate
Over-time hours will be charged at the rate of $10.00 per hour, due upon completion of training and must be paid in full before the student is referred for testing to Ergometrics.
