Course Completion Requirements
Students must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for graduation from their program:

• All financial obligations must be met.
• The student must complete the program curriculum requirements. Massage students must be 18 years of age prior to graduation.
• Total time of attendance must equal the required amount of hours for the program in which they are enrolled.
• The student must take both the written and practical final exams given by the Academy and score no less than 76%.
• Once the specific criteria is met, the student will receive a certificate of completion. The student’s final hours will then be posted on Ergometrics portal.
• Students may be referred to Ergometrics for their state written and practical exams 80 hours before completion, provided all other graduation requirements are satisfied.
• Students are encouraged to remain in school until taking their state board practical and written exams. If the student has completed all required hours, and all requirements, and paid all financial obligations there will be no charge for this time in school.
