Requirements for enrollment:

Victoria’s Academy requires for enrollment that all prospective students meet and provide proof, when applicable, of the following:

• Must be 16 years of age before the desired class start date. Massage students must be 18 years of age before graduation in order to take the Washington State exams.
• Have valid picture ID and Social Security Card.
• Has completed secondary education and received a High School Diploma or a General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
• Must submit a completed enrollment application.
• Must pay the non-refundable one hundred-dollar ($100.00) enrollment fee.
• If enrolling in the Instructor Training program applicant must hold a valid Washington State Cosmetology, Barber, Manicurist or Esthetician license and have at least two years of experience in their field.

• High School Program participants must be approved by their high school, Tri Tech Skills Center Director and Victoria's Academy administration. High school students are allowed to attend on a half-day basis and receive science, fine arts, and elective high school credits. This arrangement varies from high school to high school.
• Victoria's Academy accepts high school students at summer school and each school semester or trimester. Tri-Tech students are housed at our dedicated Tri-Tech facility at 314 West Kennewick Avenue for the first year of their training. They will attend Monday-Friday (AM) 7:30-10:30) or from (PM) 11:30-2:30 and follow Kennewick district's yearly school schedule. Second year Tri-Tech students will be housed at our main campus 23 Est 1st Avenue and attend school Tuesday-Friday. Once graduated from high school students will be considered for enrollment at Victoria's Academy. If accepted within 6 months all accumulated hours will be credited, if after 6 months the student will follow our transfer policy.

Applicants for whom English is a Second Language must pass a test that demonstrates they have sufficient English language skills to successfully complete the training program and obtain work in their field of interest.

Enrollment applications are available at Victoria's Academy during business hours. An application will be mailed upon request and is also available for download from our website.
